・Hiroshima Salmon Mi-Cuit: Blessings of the Sea, Mountains, and Earth
・A fragrant mushroom velouté made with Megadaira fragrant maitake mushrooms, topped with conger eel beignets and smoked fish.
・Fragrant grilled golden-eyed snapper with Iberian chorizo cream
・French Bigorre pork and Seto Farm "Seto no Mochi Pork" pork belly confit with skin
Root vegetable puree and refreshing lemon accents, diable sauce flavored with Espelette chili peppers
