・Amuse-bouche "Terroir Hiroshima"

・Hiroshima Salmon Mi-Cuit: Blessings of the Sea, Mountains, and Earth

・Conger eel beignets and smoked conger eel served with a fragrant mushroom velouté made with Megadaira fragrant maitake mushrooms

・Fragrant grilled Setouchi Spanish mackerel served with a sauce called Enchouillade, which has a hint of pastis.

・Roasted beef with red sauce

・A duo of Kamagari seaweed salt and Etajima olive oil

・Pair with chocolate rosemary espuma

*The main dish can be changed to the following menu.
