・ Amuse-bouche "Terroir Hiroshima"

・Hiroshima salmon tartare with mountain wasabi and guindilla

・Aromatic mushroom cream soup made with "Megahira fragrant maitake mushrooms"

・Aromatically grilled red sea bream from the Setouchi region is served with a sauce called Enchouillade, which is flavored with pastis.

・Roasted domestic beef sirloin seasoned with Sarawak pepper and served with red sauce

・ A duo of Kamagari seaweed salt and Etajima olive oil

・ "Vacherin" strawberry and Espelette pepper
